Rear Bumper and Swing-Out Tire Carrier for the 4Runner

Steps
- Measure swing-out arc clearance if planning a tire carrier — verify the carrier clears the body when fully opened
- Disconnect battery negative terminal

- Transfer trailer wiring connector from OEM to new bumper
- Transfer backup camera from OEM bumper housing to new bumper camera mount
